2.      M/s Dwarkadhish Project Pvt. Ltd., Branch Office at Aravali Heights, Sector-24, Dharuhera, Tehsil Dharuhera, District Rewari through its Manager.

          Learned counsel for complainant has appeared suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the compromise has been affected between the parties. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                  In view of the statement suffered by learned counsel for complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                  Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Order.

4.                  A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for perusal of the parties.
