                   Mr. Sumit Narang, learned counsel for complainants has appeared and suffered statement that: as per instruction of complainant, since the complainant are in present case is pursuing his remedy along with other complainants before Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to pursue his remedy before Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. His statement in this regard is recorded separately.

2.                In wake of statement suffered by Mr. Sumit Narang, counsel for complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to pursue his remedy before Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
