An application has been filed by the complainant praying for paper publication in a daily newspaper for appearance of the O.Ps being Nos. 6,10,12,13,14, 15 and 16. The complainants by making an application stated that they have filed the instant C.C case against the O.Ps and the O.P. Nos. 1-5,7,8,9,11, 17 and 18 have received the notices but despite receiving notices they did not appear before this Forum and therefore, on 04.12.2017 an ex-parte order has been passed against them and direction was given to the complainant to take fresh steps upon O.P. Nos. 6,10,12,13,14,15 and 16 and accordingly as per the available addresses notices were sent to the O.Ps as stated above. The O.P. No.7 was requested to provide present address of the O.Ps but he did not provide the

detail addresses of the O.Ps. Therefore, the complainants filed this application before this Ld. Forum for paper publication and prays for a direction to appear before this Forum and contest the case by filing W.V.
Heard the complainants.
Perused the petition and the materials on record. It is seen from the earlier order No.4 dated 04.12.2017 that an ex-parte order has been passed against the O.P. Nos. 1-5, 8,9,11,17 and 18. The complainants were directed to take fresh steps upon the rest O.Ps.
In such a situation the complainants filed this petition for paper publication. The petition of the complainants for paper publication is allowed.
The M.A being No. 05/2018 is hereby allowed and disposed of.
The complainant is directed to publish the notice showing the name and addresses of the O.Ps mentioning the full cause title of the case in any daily newspaper circulated in the area where the O.Ps reside or carries on business.
It is further directed to the complainants that in the said notice it should be mentioned that “O.Ps be directed to appear before this Forum on the next date fixed and file Written Version within 45 days from the date of paper publication.”
The complainants are directed to file a draft copy of paper publication before this Forum and the office of this Forum is directed to verify the same and after verification the complainants are directed to publish the same as per the order and deposit the publication copy before this Forum on the next date fixed.
