ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The O.P. is directed to pay Rs.4000/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of this order, failing which he shall pay interest at 9% p.a. from the date of this order till the date of payment. The O.P. is directed to pay Rs.500/- being the cost of this complaint. Give a copy of this order to both the parties according to Rules.
