ORDER

Present:-         Sh. Suresh Chaddha Advocate for Complainant

 

He submits that since the payment of Rs. 10,000/- by the complainant to the OP has been admitted even by this Commission. In its order dated 17.01.2023, therefore complaint case be admitted and notice be issued to OP.

The Commission has perused the record. After observing all the facts as come have on record,  the Commisison observed on the last date of hearing that this complaint case not be admitted as filed, but in the interest of justice complainant was given permission to amend the complaint, Ld. Counsel for the complainant today submits that neither he is likley to amend the complaint nor filing any other document. File perused again & it is ordered that the complaint in the present form is not maintainable and is rejected.

File be consigned to Record Room.
