As per order dtd.23.11.2016, OPNo.1 has repaired the LCD of the complainant which was a trusted as per their voluntary eagerness to make the same defect free and the said LCD is installed at the house of the complainant to-day. Advocate for OP No.1 has filed a memo to drop the proceeding after the said installation and the complainant is also reported before the Forum that the repaired LCD is smoothly performing. However, the complainant settled before the forum that extended warranty for one year care should be given by the OP No.1, in case of any further trouble will be located. The submission of the complainant is not in genuine. The OP No.1 M/S. Doordarsan, Main road, Rourkela is directed to take up repairer/replacing of parts, in case the LCD will be reported to be defective within one year from to-day.

    With the above said direction the CC Case is disposed of. Copy of this order shall be supplied as per rule to the complainant and OP No.3.
