ORDER

                    Learned counsel for the OPs states that the cost of the plot is more than 80 lacs. Sh. Shiv Kumar, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that in view of the judgment of Ambrish Kumar Shukla (NC), he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file the same before the Hon’ble State Commission.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, having pecuniary jurisdiction, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
