Both counsels present. Counsel for DHR files a memo stating that EP may be closed as settled. Counsel for JDR files a memo stating that JDR has made payment of Rs.72,54,250/-through DD dated 04.06.2024. Copy of order passed in FA No. 611/2020 dated 12.04.2024 passed by Hon’ble NC is also enclosed where in held JDR shall return the entire amount of Rs.37,22,816/- deposited by respondent with interest 9% per annum from the respective dates of deposits till the date of this order within two months, failing which, the applicable rate of interest  shall be 12% per annum and awarded Rs.5,000/- towards litigation cost. In view of this order since the memo is filed to close EP as settled is hereby recorded and ordered to close EP as fully satisfied.
