3.   M/s DLF, Shop No.101-102, 1^st Floor, DFL City Centre Mall, Rajiv Gandhi I.T. Park, Kishangarh, Chandigarh through its Manager (Sales).

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:          Mr.Pawan Kumar Sharma, Adv., for the complainant.

                        None for the Ops.

                       

Today the case was fixed for appearance of Ops. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that in view of judgment passed by Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi in C.C.No.97 of 2016 titled as Ambrish Kumar Shukla & 21 Ors. Vs. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. decided on 07.10.2016, on the instruction of the complainant, he wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
