2.      M/s. DLF Homes Panchkula Pvt. Ltd. Regd. Office at 12th Floor, DLF Gateway Tower, DLF City, Phase-III, National Highway-8, Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana through its Managing Director.

O R D E R

RAM SINGH CHAUDHARY, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

 

1.                Lastly, this matter was taken up on 28.11.2019 and the same was adjourned to 10.04.2020, but, due to Covid-19 pandemic, the matter could not be taken up on 10.04.2020 and the same was adjourned to 21.07.2020, 01.10.2020, 18.12.2020 and thereafter, the case was adjourned to 09.03.2021.

2.               File taken up today on the miscellaneous application bearing No.258 of 2020 filed by learned counsel for the complainant  for permission to withdraw the present complaint.

3.                Heard on the application and the same stands allowed. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been settled between the parties. His statement in this regard has been recorded separately. Settlement Deed Annexure PX is also placed on record.

3.                In pursuance of the respective statement made by learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the records.
