                        Today the execution application is fixed for awaiting further order of the Hon’ble State Commission. Counsel for the Ops has filed his memo of appearance. A copy of the order dated 27.03.2019 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission has been received vide which the Hon’ble State Commission has set aside the order dated 02.08.2016 passed by this Forum and allowed the appeal. Heard. In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, Haryana, the present execution application has become infractuous. Hence, the present execution application is hereby disposed of accordingly. 

            A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and execution application be attached with the main complaint after due compliance.
