ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission. 

     Office report seen. Heard. At this stage, counsel for complainants stated that he wants to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file fresh one. E-mail to this effect has been received from counsel for complainants. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action, as permissible under the law, of course subject to law of limitation. Additional sets of complaint be returned to the counsel for complainants after retaining first set.  

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainants free of cost. The file be consigned.
