ORDER

At the time of arguments, when we look into total price of the unit and the amount claimed in the prayer clause, the total amount would cross the limit of Rs.1 crore.

                   Faced with the situation, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one before the appropriate Fora by giving better particulars.

                   To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by Counsel for the Opposite Party.

                   Liberty granted.

                   In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge
