PER JUSTICE J.M. MALIK 1. Counsel for the complainant has prayed that he is under the threat of dispossession of the flat, which he has already been given. 2. Counsel for the complainant further prays that he has been given discount and the Opposite Party wants return of discount with interest, total being Rs. 60,00,000/-. So this case involves the amount of Rs. 60,00,000/- only, hence, we have no pecuniary jurisdiction to try this case. If so advised, the complainant can approach the appropriate Forum like State Commission. 2. In the meantime, status quo be maintained for 15 days, so as to enable the complainant to approach the State Commission, as prayed by the counsel for the complainant. 3. Complainant is permitted to file a fresh complaint before the State Commission, as per Law and within time. 4. The complaint before this Commission, therefore, stands disposed of. Order be given Dasti, as prayed. |
