FINAL ORDER

This complaint is filed by the Complainant u/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 alleging deficiency in service as well as unfair trade practice against the OPs.

During admission hearing it is detected by us that there are several defects in the cause title of the complaint. For removal of such defects the Complainant has prayed for withdrawal of the complaint subject to liberty to file again in a proper manner.

In view of such prayer let the prayer of the Complainant be allowed.

Hence it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint being no-289/2018 is hereby dismissed without being admitted on the ground of several defects. However the Complainant is at liberty to approach before the appropriate Forum/Court/Commission, if not barred otherwise.

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
