ORDER

     Bailable warrant issued against JDs/Accused has been received back unexecuted.

     The learned counsel for JDs/Accused has stated that remaining payment of Rs.5100/- has already been made to the complainant/DH through google pay and tendered copy of transaction receipt dated 19.07.2024.

     As the complainant/DH has not turned up to dispute the aforesaid payment which as per the learned counsel for JDs/Accused has already been made to complainant/DH by JDs/Accused, the present execution application is dismissed with liberty to the complainant/DH to file fresh qua the left out amount, if any.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
