          It has been stated by the counsel for the respondents that they have no objection if the application filed by the appellant is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.

Main Appeal

          In view of the statements of the Counsel for respondent No.2 and the appellant, which have been separately recorded, the appeal is allowed and the order passed by the District Forum is set aside.  Respondent No.2/opposite party No.2 is directed to pay Rs.8,300/- to the appellant/complainant as the price of HCL TEBLET and Rs.1,700/- as the compensation/cost. The amount is to be sent to the appellant/complainant through demand draft within 30 days of the passing of this order. In case of failure on the part of opposite party No.2 to send the demand draft within 30 days, this amount shall carry an interest of 9% per annum from the date of filing of the complaint till the payment of that amount.
