The brief facts as stated in the complaint are that the complainant     Kochi       

        kochi. Hyderabad   Hyderabad    Opp.party submits that they filed suit for damages in O.S.No.140/2006 Hyderabad. Hyderabad   Exs.A6      

In the result this appeal is allowed in part modifying the order of the District Forum with respect to the interest portion only while confirming the rest of the order of the District Forum. Time for compliance four weeks.
