None is present for both the sides.  This Commission issued notice to both the sides on 25.03.2013 as the appeal is received on transfer from State Commission, Mumbai.  Perusal of the said notice shows that it is issued on correct address of the appellants given in the appeal memo.  Though no report about service of that notice we presumed that it is duly served to the appellant as it is issued on the correct address of the appellant.  The appellant failed to appear till this date.  Therefore, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. It be recalled at 3.00 p.m. for order.

The appeal is recalled at 3.40 p.m.  Presently also none appeared for the appellant. 

Hence, appeal is dismissed in default.

No order as to cost.
