Therefore, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution and date was fixed on 16.01.2024.

Today also the complainant is absent  and no step taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint for non-prosecution.
