1.         Spice Mobile Ltd., through its Managing Director/C.E.O. Head Office-1, Sector 3, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh (India).

2.         Anmol Watches and Eletronics Ltd., Regd. Office: SCO No.1012-13, Opp. Bus Stand, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh.

3.         Cyber Electronics (India) SCO No.170, First Floor, Sector 38-C, Chandigarh.

                        The parties appeared and made their statements, in view of which OP No.1 would make the payment of Rs.3050/- in full & final settlement to the complainant by way of cheque/demand draft within three weeks from today i.e. 31.5.2010 through Regd. Post on the address given by the complainant i.e.. NC(E) J.K.Sharma, 2229 Sqn. UWO Office, C/o 56 APO, Air Force Station, Baknour, Ambala. The execution application stands disposed of accordingly.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
