Shri M.S Saini, Adv. has appeared on behalf of the respondent _JD.

In the present case, there was a mistake regarding the name as correct name of the complainant –DH was Ram Pat, but demand draft worth Rs. 31000/- was issued in the name of Ram Pal and the same however, was returned to the Honble state commission for correction of name.

          The perusal of the record shows that an application for correction of name from Ram Pal to Ram Pat and for issuance of demand draft in the name of Ram Pat son of Meer Singh was filed before the Honble State Commission. The Honble State Bank Commission vide order dated 31.10.2013 has passed the following order:

          Since the application in supported by an affidavit of applicant with the thumb mark as ram Pat besides Aadhar Card and Ration Card, the name of the applicant is ordered to be corrected as Ram Pat in place of Ram Lal. Accordingly, fresh payment order be released in the corrected name of Ram Pat son of Meer Singh, resident of Aaadpur, Tehsil and district Sonepat on surrender of the original payment order, if already issued.

     Accordingly the complainant – DH is directed to approach the Honble state Commission Haryana Panchkula for the getting the demand draft worth Rs. 31000/- in the name if ram Pat and no further action is required to be taken by the forum and thus, we dispose off the Present execution petition.

File be consigned after due compliance.
