ORDER:

Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. Learned counsel for Opposite Parties No.1&2 has tendered Ex.OP1/affidavit and documents Ex.OP1 to Ex.OP4 and closed the evidence of Opposite parties No.1 & 2.

The case has been called several times since morning but none has put into appearance on behalf of the complainant. It is already 3.55 PM. No further wait is justified. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
