          Today the case is fixed for consideration on the statement made by DH/complainant. At this stage, Shri Lakshya Bakshi, son of the DH/Complainant appeared and made a separate statement stating therein that present execution application was filed by his father Late Shri Rahul Bakshi (DH/complainant), who expired on 07.06.2021 and placed on record death certificate of his father as Mark A and his Aadhar Card as Mark B and in view of the statement of his father made on 22.04.2021, he wants to withdraw the present execution petition being fully satisfied, as the disputed amount in question had already been received by his father.         

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by the Shri Lakshay Bakshi son of DH/Complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed being fully satisfied.  File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs.
