ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Sanyam Jain, Proprietor of OP has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OP will affix the curtains in the house of the complainant on 19.05.2024. It has been further stated by Proprietor of OP that after affixing of curtains, the complainant will make the balance payment of Rs.11,500/- to him. It has been further stated by Proprietor of OP that as per settlement, he will also deposit Rs.2100/- with Poor Patient Welfare Fund, PGI, Chandigarh on or before 19.05.2024. Vide her separate statement, Mrs.Seema Singh, Complainant in person has admitted the aforesaid statement of Proprietor of OP and prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement.

     In view of the statements made by Proprietor of OP and complainant in person, the complaint is disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by their statements made today.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
