Counsel for the complainant has been heard on the point of admissibility of the complaint.

2.                On perusal of the complaint, complete address of Electronics Paradise Limited has not been provided. Further the affidavit submitted through E-Dakhil to this Commission and that of submitted hard copy of actual affidavit both are totally different with each other. Further the complaint has not been filed as per model performa provided/circulated in Bar Association Panipat as well as affixed on the notice board of this Commission. Except relief, all the paragraphs of the complaint does not give clear and proper information as the complaint has not been drafted in a proper manner. Therefore, the present complaint is not maintainable and same is liable to be dismissed. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before this Commission after wiping out the irregularities mentioned above.

3.                In view of above discussion, the present complaint is not maintainable in the present form and same is hereby dismissed at this stage.

4.                Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to the records after due compliance.
