2.       M/s D. Mart, Anjaneya Cooperative Housing Society Ltd, Opposite Hiranandani Foundation School, Orchard Avenue, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra-400076, through Managing director.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
