Appellant through Mr. P. K. Giri, the Ld. Advocate and Respondent No. 2 through Mr. Manas Dasgupta, the Ld. Advocate are present.  Both Mr. Dasgupta and Mr. Giri informs the Commission that parties have entered into a settlement out of Commission.  In terms of the said settlement a Bank Draft bearing No. 659586 dated 11.06.2009 for a sum of Rs. 48,105/- is being handed over to Mr. Giri by Mr. Dasgupta and Mr. Giri accepts the same in presence of his client in full settlement of the claim.  In above view of the matter and in terms of the said understanding the computer and printer are to be returned by the Appellant to the Respondent No. 2 and Appellant is present aggrees to do the same and undertakes to reach the computer and printer to the Office of the Respondent No. 2 within one week.  In view of the above settlement both parties are agreed that the complaint stands disposed of on full satisfaction of the parties. 

Urgent certified copy, applied for, be issued.
