                    The matter has been settled between the parties. Vide his separate statement recorded on 20.08.2024, Sh.Jagan Nath Bhandari, Counsel for the Complainant has withdrawn the present complaint being fully satisfied. Hence, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties, as per rules. After compliance file be consigned.
