ORDER

     Heard. The parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Pradeep Sharma, Counsel for OPs and that of Sh.Adit Ratti, Counsel for Complainant have been recorded separately, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. Statement of counsels for the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties. It is made clear that in case the amount settled is not paid to the complainant by OPs as agreed upon, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing an execution.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Pradeep Sharma, Counsel for Opposite Parties(OPs).

 

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OPs have agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement in this consumer complaint. The complainant has agreed to the same. The said amount shall be paid within 30 days from today. In the event of failure of payment of this amount, OP shall also be liable to pay Rs.10,000/- as penalty to the complainant in addition to the above said amount of Rs.1,50,000/-. Appropriate order may be passed.
