The parties have compromised the matter and the learned counsel for the parties wants to make statement. Recorded and placed on file. In terms of the statements of counsel for the parties, following directions are passed for compliance by OP:- - OP is directed to make payment of Rs.32,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today i.e. 01.08.2018 and in case OP commits default, then this amount shall carry on penal interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint i.e. 24.10.2017 till aforesaid amount is paid.
Statements of counsel for the parties shall form the part of this order. This complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned. |

Statement of Sh.Pradeep Sharma, Counsel for Opposite Party (OP).
Stated that parties have compromised the matter outside the Forum. OP shall pay total amount of Rs.32,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today and in default will pay interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint till aforesaid amount is recovered. Said direction may be passed and consumer complaint may be disposed off.
