                    Today the counsel for the Ops has handed over two demand drafts of Rs.35000/- and Rs.36000/- to the proxy counsel for the complainant, towards full and final settlement, which have been received by the counsel for the complainant. Copy retained on file.  In this view of the matter, the proxy counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the execution application that he withdraws the same on the instructions of the main counsel.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
