BEFORE THE LOK-ADALATH

Both parties and their counsels appeared before the Lok-Adhalath and we suggest both the parties to settle the matter. 

Advocate for Opposite Parties files a memo along with Demand Draft bearing No.312951 issued in the name of Prakash Kumar Nayak/Complainant for an amount of Rs.2,89,000/- (Rs.Two Lakhs Eighty Nine Thousand) drawn on State Bank India. Accordingly, the matter is settled before the Lok-Adhalath and DD for Rs.2,89,000-00 given by the Opposite Parties to the complainant towards full and final settlement and complainant received the Demand Draft. Accordingly the matter is settled before the Lok-Adhalath.

In view of memo filed by Opposite Parties and settlement arrived at between the parties, the complaint is dismissed as full and final settlement.
