2.Pronounced by the President Thiru. R.V.R. Deenadayalan, B.A., B.L.

            The complainant has filed this complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for causing mental agony to the complainant due to the deficiency in service and to pay a sum of Rs.50,100.38/- towards the way of illegal collection from the complainant’s account and to direct the 3^rd opposite party to issue a NOC certificate to the concerned RTO, South West, Virugambakkam, Chennai-92 and with cost of litigation to the complainant.

            The complainant’s counsel filed a memo to withdraw the complaint and also made endorsement in the complaint. In view of memo and the endorsement made by the complainant’s counsel this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No costs.
