          Today is fixed for show cause by complainant.

          Complainant is absent without any step.

It is now 1.10 p.m.

On repeated calls neither the complainant nor his  advocate is found present either to file show cause or to take any step.

          In view of the circumstances we are of the opinion that complainants have lost their interest to proceed with this case. So this CC no. 424 of 2017 is liable to be dismissed.

          Hence,

          That the CC 424 of 2017 be and the same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost.
