We hereby made a reference for withdrawal of this complaint from this District Forum to transfer some other District Forum on the ground that the instant complaint was originally filed at Hoshiarpur, where the undersigned President has been working. The complainant has filed an application before the Hon'ble State Commission for transfer of this complaint from Hoshiarpur to some other District Forum and now the instant complaint again put before me for disposal, but the complainant has already lost a faith from the Forum, where the undersigned President is working. So, accordingly, we are unable to decide the complaint of the complainant, who has no faith upon the Forum, where the undersigned President is working. So, we make a request to withdraw the instant complaint from this Forum and to transfer some other District Forum. File be sent to the Hon'ble State Commission for further order. Parties are directed to appear before the Hon'ble State Commission on 26.03.2019.
