ORDER

 

On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 30/10/2019. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today.  In fact complainant was telephonically informed on 21/03/2022 about the pendency of matter. Today Counsel for OP states that matte was amicable settled between the parties on 14/02/2020 for an amount of Rs 35,000/- as full and final and the said amount was received by the complainant on 12/03/2020. Counsel for OP also filed settlement letter along with receipt of payment. In these circumstances, Present complaint is disposed off as settled.
