ORDER

 

                   The matter was previously fixed for 26.8.2016. As the quorum was not complete on that day, the matter was listed for today. Learned counsel of complainant made statement on 26.8.2016 that he did not want to pursue with the present complaint and wanted to withdraw the same. His statement was recorded separately.

                   In view of the statement made by the learned counsel of  complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
