     File taken up today in view of the application dated 08.11.2021 received from the complainant through petition box for withdrawal of the present execution application. Per contents of the application, settlement agreement has been arrived at between the parties wherein the OP has made full and final payment of Rs.1,60,000/- to the complainant for settling his dispute and to withdraw this case. In view of the application received from the complainant, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied. This case be not listed on 06.01.2022 as already ordered as it stood disposed of today. Warrant of arrest issued against accused No.2 & 3 is hereby cancelled and be called back unexecuted forthwith.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
