ORDER

     In this case, summons were sent through speed post for affecting service on JDs which were received back with the report ‘no such person & left’. The complainant/DH was directed to furnish the correct address of JDs but no address has been furnished despite grant of several opportunities to the complainant/DH. Even the previous costs of Rs.300/- has not been deposited by complainant/DH.  Hence, this Commission has no option but to dismiss the present execution application for non compliance of the order of this Commission. It is ordered accordingly. The complainant/DH is left at liberty to file fresh execution application on coming to know about the correct address of JDs, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
