Counsel for complainant alongwith complainant in person and Sh. Piyush Kumar, Counsel for OP filed compromise dated 10.02.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP has refundedan amount of Rs.4,000/- in cash and a DD of Rs.94,796/- dated 18.01.2018 bearing no. ‘490072’ i.e. total Rs.98,796/- to the complainant as full and final settlement. The complainant has stated that he is satisfied and no other grievance is left.

The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled and satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
