ORDER

     Sh.Jasmeet Singh Bhatia, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama on behalf of OPs. He has handed over a draft of Rs.60,030/- to Sh.Sudhir Kr.Pandey, Counsel for Complainant alongwith Sh.Madan Lal Sharma, Complainant in person today, which the latter has received and made statement, recorded separately, which is reiterated as under:-

     “Statement of Sh.Sudhir Kr. Pandey, Counsel for      Complainant alongwith Sh.Madan Lal Sharma, Complainant in person.

     Stated that the parties have settled the matter. I   have received a draft of Rs.60,030/- bearing draft    No.342082, dated 26.04.2017 in favour of complainant   (Madan Lal Sharma) from counsel for OPs today as full      and final settlement of this complaint. I will not   raise any other claim with regard to this complaint. Hence, this complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn.”  

     In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for complainant alongwith complainant in person, instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
