Vide order dated 01-06-2016 passed in Revision Petition No. 1630 of 2016 the Hon’ble National Commission has stayed operation of impugned order subject to deposit of 50% of the amount awarded with the State Commission within four weeks which shall be kept in the shape of F.D.R.. The application for deposit of amount in compliance of order passed by Hon’ble National Commission has been moved on 27-03-2019 after expiry of period stipulated in above order passed by Hon’ble National Commission. The appellant is permitted to deposit the amount at his own risk.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
