ORDER

Advocate for complainant has filed a memo for pre-poning the case to today. Case is taken on board. He has also filed another memo stating that the accused has settled the claim of the complainant fully and to close the case. In view of the memo filed by the counsel for the complainant and deposit of DD for Rs.15,000/- and another DD for Rs.44,300/- made by the accused in this forum. The claim is reported have been settled fully further proceeding is closed. Accused is discharged. Office to deliver D.Ds to the D.Hr on his advocate identifying him.
