Service is complete. Ops states that order under execution has been fully complied with. After perusal of the file, it reveals that on 03.03.2015, an application dated 23.02.2015 received by post on behalf of the Ops submitting that the Ops had given a cheque bearing No.000331 dated 09.02.2015 for a sum of Rs.5000/- to the complainant as full and final payment. On 16.03.2015, complainant has also submitted an application stating that he has received a cheque bearing No.000331 dated 09.02.2015 for a sum of Rs.5000/- from the Ops which was accepted by him and the execution application may be treated as closed.

After having gone through the applications, it is made clear that order under execution has been fully complied with.Hence, the execuption application has become infractuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
