Rajinder Singh Maan aged about 54 years son of Shri Jagpal Singh resident of house no.1540 sector-4, Housing Board, Karnal.

1. M/s City Communication, shop no.10 opposite Bus Stand, Karnal through its owner.

2. M/s Harsh Communication (HR) SCO no.364, First Floor, Mugal Canal, Karnal through its owner.

3. M/s Micromax having its office at Micromax House, 697, Udyog Vihar, Phase-V, Gurgaon-1220022 through its Managing Director.

ORDER:

                   The Learned counsel for the Opposite Party no.3 made statement that opposite parties are ready to make payment of Rs.2000/- if complainant deposited the original charger of mobile, original job sheet and original hand free  in the Court. Thereafter, complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the Opposite Party no.3, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately in this regard.

2.                 In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
