Counsel for  complainant states that in view of the judgment Ambrish Kumar Shukla (NC), he withdraws this complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint.  He has requested that he be returned the complaint.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.

                   The copies of all the sets of the complaint be returned to the complainant after retaining one true certified copy of the complaint for record. 

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned
