                                                        The complainant is present in person and submitted that he has amicably settled the dispute out side the forum as the opposite party has given him a new mobile set of Lave Iris Pro 30 with fresh waranty on his full satisfaction and hence he does not want to proceed further with this complaint and prayed to drop the proceedings against the OPs. in this regard he has filed one of his passport size photograph along with his identity proof and computerized receipt of mobile set vide IMEI No.1.91332650150746 & Imei 2- 91332650250744.

                                                        Perused the document and heard the complainant. in view of the above submission of the complainant. the complaint is hereby closed and disposed of accordingy. send copy of order to the parties.
