Final Order / Judgement

This case records is put up today on the strength of an advance petition dated 02.01.201 9 filed by the complainant to advance the case record, wherein the complainant has stated that the dispute between the parties being amicably settled out of Court for Rs. 1,65,000/- to the entire satisfaction of both the parties.  As such the case record was taken up today.  Complainant being present filed a compromise petition duly signed by the A/R for O.P. and Complainant himself, wherein both the parties have agreed to settle their present disputes in respect of the alleged vehicle for Rs. 1,65,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Sixtyfive Thousand) only. 

                                    Perused the compromised petition dated 02.01.2019 duly signed by the Complainant and the A/R for the Opposite Party and ascertained that both the parties to the present disputes, have amicably settled their dispute and the Opposite party is agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 1,65,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Sixtyfive Thousand) only towards their full and final satisfaction.  Hence this order.

                                                “The Opposite Party is herewith directed to pay an amount of Rs. 1,65,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Sixtyfive Thousand) only to the Complainant towards full and final satisfaction against the insurance settlement of his alleged vehicle within one month from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, the said compromised amount will carry interest @ 10% p.a. from the date of this order till payment.”
