          Today the case was fixed for filing reply to application for dismissal of complaint and consideration thereon. At this stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to persue with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

          In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
